Enjoy tea and finger sandwiches as guest speakers Kimberly Luker, Founder of Botanicals for Hope, and Therapeutic Chef, Nancy Walker, share their expertise on creative and fun ways we can refresh our bodies and rejuvenate our skin.

Join us here at The Kitchen as For this wonderful day teaching the importance of hydration -- from the inside out. Presentations will include a discussion with Holistic Health Practitioner Stephanie Austin, a demonstration and discussion about skin care with Kimberly Luker, Owner of Botanicals for Hope, and hydrating cooking demonstrations by Chef Nancy Walker. After being couch-ridden for 3 days following chemotherapy, they called in to tell us that she wasn't able to move and wouldn't be able to pick up her Wellness Foods order that week. Debi told her not to worry about the foods, we would bring her some Rebuilding Broth instead. Within 3 sips of broth, she says she was off the couch.
