Nancy L. Walker, Founder and Executive Director of The Wellness Kitchen and
Resource Center in Templeton, California is fulfilling her desire and passion
to educate those faced with health challenges about the benefits of a healthy, natural and organic approach to cooking, recovery, living and life.
Following a semester of culinary school in Phoenix, Nancy discovered Bauman
College, an educational facility teaching holistic nutrition and culinary arts; a school where they teach so much more about cooking than with just seasoning with salt and butter; a school where they teach about cooking with loving intention. Learning about the abundance of what Mother Nature provides and preparing it with care; learning how it nurtures and can heal.
As a Certified Natural Chef specializing in therapeutic cooking, Nancy enjoys
teaching and guiding others on the importance of making small changes at a
time and patting yourself on the back for each change you make. Nancy lives
in Templeton, with her love, Mark and their cat “Phil.”
